Brain Food A StrokeSmart Cookbook
Healthy diet is essential in stroke prevention. Children will be encouraged to submit healthy recipes. They can enlist the help of family members or they can be challenged to research healthy recipes on the internet. The recipes will then be combined to create a cookbook that will be sold as a school fundraiser to raise stroke awareness in the school community. The introduction to the cookbook will have stroke signs and symptoms and prevention messaging.
