- Download free event materials. The Awareness Event Toolbox has details about how to start planning your event. Additionally, we offer sample documents, such as a sponsor letter, that will help garner event support and promotion in your community. Download Tips for Creating Promotional Materials for Your Fundraising Event and create a brochure, flyer or press release to distribute to local media.
