Hip Hop Stroke Families & Educators The educational components of Hip Hop Stroke allows schools and teachers the opportunity to design a personalized program that fits into their specific school curriculum and with their capacity to provide a stroke program. The components of Hip Hop Stroke are geared to provided educational information to all grade levels, and utilize current behavioral change theories, social cognitive theory and reasoned action theory.
