Sarah Livesay is a Neuroscience Nurse Practitioner for St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital in Texas. Dedicated to the delivery of care to stroke patients and affected persons for over eight years, Sarah dedicates her time and knowledge to running the "Spoke and Wheel" operations of St. Luke's. She has personally been involved with my two outlying facilities in establishing two Joint Commission Primary Stroke Centers as well as several Healthcare Systems. Without her participation in such a vital role, our patients would have not have received such great care over the past 16 months and into the future.
