My mother has been a fitness trainer for over 20 years. She has helped to transform the lives of thousands of people on the east coast. She is a black belt in karate, and she has won several awards! She taught several fitness concepts. In July 2009, she suffered a stroke affecting her speech and the right side of her body. The next week, she was doing pull‐ups on her bed! Her spirit is stronger than ever! She is worth meeting!
