Audrey M.

Stroke Survivor

I am a sweet, soon to be 3‐year-old who had a stroke in utero as a result of an Arteriovenous Malformation (AVM) on my brainstem. I had brain surgery at 14 months old to remove my AVM, and I have been working hard every day to increase my right side mobility/function. I am very resilient and determined, and I like to make people laugh. I raise awareness for stroke and AVMs everywhere I go because I always tell my story (people usually think strokes only happen to older people). Hopefully, I can help more people through this campaign.
