David W. Thursday, January 13, 2011 By: Mila A. Survivor Mr. Walker is a 12 year stroke survivor who was told after three days in a coma and months of rehabilitation that he would never walk again. Today he walks with plans to even run in the future. He attends the "Life After Stroke" support class here at RUSH, regularly, and he has been an inspiration to many. David is committed to helping other stroke survivors.
