Wasn't my fault

I had my stroke in the ER

I was a new Mom, 5 days after having twin boys I woke up with a really bad headache. My twins were 5 weeks premature so I had taken them to the doctor for a follow up visit. After getting them taken care of I walked to the ER and sat there from 9am-3pm never seeing a Dr.

I was a high school math teacher. I no longer work. I have vision loss, memory loss and left-side paralysis, but I'm here to see my sons grow up. I was only 27, that was 11 years ago during 9/11. I love my sons and they love me. I'm constantly trying to find new ways to improve my living. I've had therapy throughout the 11 years, no it'll be 11 years on 09/02/12.
