Survivor The day my life changedDecember 19th, 2011 was like every morning, I was getting ready for a walk with my wife and all of a sudden I was dizzy and I could not talk or move my left hand or even walk. My 18 year old son was getting ready for work when he noticed me and knew something was wrong. He yelled out and my wife was terrified she was trying to call 911, but my son said no take him to the hospital. We are lucky we are only a mile from the trauma center in my home town. The doctors were great and started me on some clot busting drugs and I spent three days in the hospital and am still on the road to recovery. I have no real issues other than some minor headaches, hope to be back at work soon. |
