Jenny B.  Support Group Leader For this purpose, I wish to describe Jenny as a support group leader. She is also the recreation therapist for our stroke program here at Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital. Jenny is one of the vibrant faces of stroke who eagerly helps our stroke patients reclaim their leisure and social identity while restoring hope and freedom to both patient and family. She facilitates and leads our long standing and ever growing stroke support group through education, socialization and advocacy. The group is dynamic, involved and successful in their mission to support, educate, encourage and provide hope to any interested stroke survivor and family members. |
