Caregiver

Elizabeth Clarno is the Lead Recreation Therapist at Sharp Grossmont Hospital, La Mesa, California. She has over 20 years of experience working closely with stroke survivors. She always demonstrates a high level of patience, care, and compassion towards her patients.

Liz Clarno works tirelessly each day helping several disabled persons during each session. Liz provides direct one-on-one treatment in the pool; helping individuals at various levels of their stroke; some arriving in wheelchairs. She is an encourager and has exceptional skills to motivate and coach individuals to exercise and move toward independence. We highly recommend her for this recognition.
