Michael W.  Michael Survivor My husband had a stroke 5 years ago at age 36 years old. He was active duty in the US Coast Guard. He has made a remarkable recovery but struggles with audio processing, chronic pain and many other disabilites. He is my true hero. He has adapted an overcome his disabilites and he know takes care of our home and me. I don't want to say I'm his caregiver, because we are each other' caregiver. It was hard at first but he's made my life our son's life so enriched through this experience. He is an extremely upbeat person and absolutely loves people. He helps people to the best of his ability. He loves to encourage people who need to be encourages. He is a great man and father. |
