Damont G.

Survivor

Damont Goolsby had a fruitful life. He graduated from Morehouse College, held a great job, enjoyed a lively social status, and seemed to be in perfect health. In the midst of it all, he had a stroke that changed his life forever. Coming face-to-face with the daunting task of learning to walk, talk and feed himself again, he rose above the obstacles to become gainfully employed by a non-profit corporation that actually helps special needs individuals back into society, as well as started a cleaning business.

Through his new found faith in God, his family and loved ones, he no longer thinks he can but knows he can, and he is.
