Brooke started our Stroke Program where she performs as the Stroke Coordinator seeing stroke patients and educating them as to their disease and patient specific discharge instructions. She is an excellent resource in seeing that documentation for the Stroke measures are addressed. Our program has been very successful due to her leadership and knowledge of the AHA guidelines.
