Roger C.  Survivor I am a stroke survivor who has written a book entitled "The Inspiring Journey of A Stroke Survivor." My book is a compelling story of the challenges and many phases I went through during the progression of my recovery. The book starts with with my experience with the stroke, and then explains what it took for me to be completely paralyzed on the right side and how I worked to re-learn how to walk, dress myself, talk, write, and eventually drive a car. It also highlights the commitment my family demonstrated to help me succeed and become an independent person with my own apartment, and taking care of myself. |
