Kimberly F. ![]() Survivor I was a very active, independent and busy lover of life. The day of my Hemorrhagic Stroke was September 11, 2007. I lost my whole left side. I was preparing to do an event for 100 people. If it weren't for a very smart Westie named "Kenzie" (Gaelic for white light), and a very special niece named "Lindsay," I would not be here. I had many special caretakers, especially my cousin Joan and my mom. My life is so very different now, and some days it is hard to be thankful for how much I have recovered. I have have had several TIAs. I am learning to mourn the old Kim, and to learn and be blessed about the new Kim. |
