Frank C.  Frank C. Survivor I had my stroke when I was in tip top shape. I worked out at the gym five days a week, and ran three miles a day. This particular day I umpired a varsity baseball game at 11:00am and was done at 1:30pm. I went home, took a shower, and went back to work. I started to get a bad headache. I can remember it like it was yesterday, at 4:40pm I had my stroke and couldn't breath. My friend Eddie said he knew something was wrong, and they called 911. I was totally out for three and half days until I woke up at 2:00pm on Friday. My whole family was around me, and I couldn't speak. From there it was all up hill. |
