On January 27, 2006 l had severe stroke. I worked out daily, but on a Saturday morning I got up form the couch, and fell. Later on l found out that I had hit my head on the edge of the fireplace. I was in ICU for three days. I was told I would not walk again.  At the present time I have lost the use of my left arm and wear a brace on my left leg. But I am walking and I refuse to complain. While in the hospital for seven weeks, I developed blood clots in both legs.
