I am a stroke survivor of seven years. I was hospitalized in North Carolina. For the first three years after my stroke, all I wanted to do was sleep and eat. Presently, I live in my own apartment managing my personal affairs. I do consult daily with my parents, who have been my primary caregivers throughout this whole affair. I want to thank everybody who supported me.
