Telestroke Study Commencing in Western States
	National Stroke Association and Western States Stroke Consortium are collaborating on a prospective observational study to advance telemedicine for acute stroke treatment in the U.S. The goal of this study is to promote the development and economic sustainability of telestroke programs for acute stroke care. The study also will establish treatment and outcomes in three distinct study arms: non-telemedicine hospital, hub telemedicine hospital and spoke telemedicine hospital.
