National Stroke Association is proud to be a Charity Partner in the 2011 Nautica NYC Triathlon. This year’s 2011 Nautica NYC Triathlon Endurance Team members will swim, bike and run in order to raise funds and awareness for stroke on August 7. Support our team and donate to their individual online fundraising webpages. We guarantee that you will be inspired by each triathlete’s special stroke story and why they have chosen to compete for stroke this year.

The NYU Langone Medical Center’s Rusk Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine is conducting a survey of caregivers to find out the types of medical care and information that you received while your family member was receiving medical care after experiencing the stroke.

Please take a few minutes to complete the 10 to 15-minute survey. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
