Through participation in the Post-stroke Spasticity Diagnosis and Management – A Case-based Initiative grand rounds program learners should be able to:

• Discuss the functional impact of post-stroke spasticity on recovery and rehabilitation
• Apply evidence-based knowledge to diagnose and assess post-stroke spasticity in real-life case vignettes
• Identify evidence-based management strategies for post-stroke spasticity using case vignettes
• Describe how to incorporate new knowledge and expertise around diagnosis and management of post-stroke spasticity into their respective clinical practice.
