Upon the completion of the Prevalence, Diagnosis and Treatment of Pseudobulbar Affect in Stroke grand
rounds program participants will be able to:
- Describe the incidence of PBA and its impact on quality of life - Report greater competence in diagnosing PBA in stroke survivor patients - Express greater confidence in discussing PBA with stroke survivor patients - Identify evidence-based and FDA-approved treatments for PBA after stroke - Report at least one change to clinical practice relative to discussing PBA with patients, diagnosing PBA or treating PBA in stroke survivor patients
