ACCREDITATION STATEMENT
This activity has been planned and
implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and policies of the
Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the joint
sponsorship of Heart Rhythm Society and National
Stroke Association. The Heart Rhythm
Society is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for
physicians and by the New York State Nurses Association to provide continuing
education for nurses and nurse practitioners.

CONTINUING EDUCATION (CE) FOR NURSES
The
Heart Rhythm Society is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by
the New York State Nurses Association, which is accredited as an approver of
continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s
Commission of Accreditation. It has been assigned code 7M7R3X-PRV-09-30.
A maximum of 1.0 credit hours are available for this
educational activity.
American
Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) accepts AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ from
organizations accredited by the ACCME.
American
Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) accepts certificates of participation
for educational activities certified for AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™.
