How We Can Help

Community Presentation In-a-box

We are able provide a box of free materials for your community event! In the box you will receive:

  • 25 copies—Explaining Stroke, FAST Wallet Card, Stroke Risk Scorecard and Stroke Prevention.
  • 5 copies—African Americans and Stroke, Diabetes, Afib and iHOPE webinar promotion cards.
  • The package will also include an infographic to copy and distribute, copies of our free magazine, StrokeSmart®, and extra subscription cards for the magazine.

To receive a FREE Community Presentation In-a-box we ask that you:

  1. Register your event with National Stroke Association to be included on our public community events calendar. Watch the Remote Volunteer Training webinar and complete a quick post-webinar quiz. Then you will be ready to talk about stroke prevention, treatment, and recovery in a public setting!
  2. Sign and return the Community Volunteer Agreement for each person involved in your event.
  3. After your event, complete the Community Presentation Post-Activity Follow-up

Please note that this opportunity is not extended to events that charge admission or include fundraising activities. If you are having difficulty downloading the WebEx software for the online training, you may also view the online training here. Contact us at presentations@stroke.org with questions about receiving your free materials.
