2016 Comeback Trail 5K Series

The Comeback Trail 5K Series represents the journey of recovery for the stroke community, dedicated to raising stroke awareness and celebrating survivorship. Join us in a city near you or by participating through your trail, your way.

Attendees will learn the 3 R's of stroke and take home educational pamphlets to reference.

University Presbyterian Church

The Student National Pharmaceutical Association will be holding a wellness clinic at the University Presbyterian Church to provide information to clients of the food pantry. The attendees will be provided information on stroke awareness, healthy eating, prevention, as well as smoking cessation. They will be able to take home educational pamphlets and will receive free blood pressure monitoring. A pharmacist will also be on the site to make sure our information is correct and accurate. We hope to see you there!

Stony Creek Volunteer Rescue Squad

The Stony Creek Volunteer Rescue Squad will be sponsoring an educational friendly session to provide information on stroke (sign, symptoms & the effects) and other health issues. Educational pamphlets will be available for attendees to take home. We will also be offering FREE blood pressure monitoring and glucose testing.

Refreshments will be provided!
